.At Rock Da Floor Breaking League, we are dedicated to promoting Breaking among kids of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for young dancers to showcase their talents.

We emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect during and outside of battles.

What is Rock Da Floor?
Rock Da Floor League offers a competitive season of breaking sport training rooted in Hip Hop culture and youth empowerment. From August to March, breakers train, battle, and grow through a structured season that builds both athletic skills and cultural knowledge, culminating in the National Championships each April .
The season includes:
- 5 battles (Scrimmage in October + Monthly Ranking Battles)
- Training and feedback at every level
- Local, State, and National Rankings
- Opportunities to connect with mentors, DJs, and seasoned breakers
Currently active in Colorado, Georgia, and Florida, with more states joining soon!
Who can Join?
Rock Da Floor is open to
youth ages 6–17, whether brand new to breaking or already battling!
Divisions include:
- Youth: Ages 3–12
- Teens: Ages 13–17
Beginners welcome—no previous battle experience needed.
